We revitalize communities and cities by developing both sustainability designs and plans which embrace the culture of a community. We create architectural designs, green designs, and smart growth plans to rebuild and revitalize neighborhoods into self-sustaining communities. Our overall mission is to restore a sense of place and pride to a community by providing opportunities for individuals to live, work, and commune in a sustainable environment.

Green Designs

We are committed to building the most environmentally efficient buildings.  To do so, we combine renewable materials, native landscaping, energy efficient operation systems, and green technologies.

Building Community

Our firm integrates all community stakeholders and residents into our design process. In this way, we design for the community by addressing its needs and determining best practices for its overall betterment. Our firm creates spaces that encourage connections between residents, visitors, buildings, and green spaces.

Historical and Cultural Awareness

Our firm celebrates a community’s history and culture, and works to ensure its preservation by honoring its past while providing for its future.  We incorporate the history of the area into building design through unique art work and architectural designs.

Sustainability

We incorporate a sustainability plan into our strategic design which integrates the principles of smart growth, new urbanism, and green building techniques. We utilize the U.S. Green Building Council LEED for Neighborhood Development rating system as a guide for each project. To truly be sustainable, we educate the community on best practices and sustainable design which teaches residents how to respond to their renewed environment.

Native Landscaping

We integrate ecological/production solutions into development projects as one approach to address basic living needs of communities in both urban and rural regions.  We develop and manage urban farm and community gardens designed into building and  project fabric.

Economic Empowerment

Our holistic approach to community development enables communities to prosper from its renewal. Thus, we incorporate professional training, educational workshops, and job training programs to equip residents with the means to work and sustain themselves in their own communities.
